Description

Monks is looking for a English-speaking producer to oversee post production processes. In this role, you will be supervising and coordinating projects. You’ll be responsible for managing the output of our in-house artists. In this role, clear communication and technical competency are crucial and a big part of your day-to-day job will be to keep everyone informed on the progress and potential pitfalls of projects.

At Monks you’ll work as part of an international production company that creates content for digital platforms. We specialize in working with global brands and agencies to create content that fits with how we consume media today.

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming requests from clients and internal teams, assessing what needs to be done and when.

Assemble the right team for the job.

Set up and supervise technical workflows during the post production process.

You liaise between our offices and clients to make sure MediaMonks nails milestone after milestone, hustling internal resources to meet external deadlines no matter what.

You work together with operations, project managers, producers, and creatives to make sure we always achieve the right and highest quality.

You work with 3D animators, directors, and (film) producers to make sure every pixel is polished to perfection.

A big part of your day-to-day is briefing team members on delivery objectives and keeping everyone informed on the progress of projects.
