Role Overview

As a role dedicated to delivering project outcomes, the Project Architect's responsibilities are dynamic, focusing on ensuring the quality and completeness of project documentation. Their primary objective is to produce high-quality architectural solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. Leading the design process and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, the Project Architect plays a crucial role in achieving project success. They uphold professional standards and contribute to the excellence of project deliverables through their expertise and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural and technical design process of the project, developing creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.

Oversee design quality, conducting regular reviews and providing guidance to the design team to ensure a high-quality final outcome.

Maintain the integrity of the project's Documentation Set and the BIM model, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all project stages.

Collaborate closely with other project team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to effectively coordinate design and project implementation.

Actively participate in design and construction coordination, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and technical aspects of the project.

Competences & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

+3 years of experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects, preferably in a BIM environment.
