In LATAM We are actively seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to own products end-to-end, serving as the client-facing driver of scope, planning, and delivery outcomes while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

EST working hours are required for this position.

This is you

6+ years of experience in software delivery teams, including 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager (or equivalent) with full delivery accountability

Background in Technical Project Management, Delivery/Dev Management, QA Leadership, Business Analysis, or Product Management with a strong management focus

Proven ability to own projects, products, or workstreams end-to-end with minimal supervision

Deep experience leading, managing, and guiding multidisciplinary development teams

Solid mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies: running ceremonies, managing sprints, and driving backlog management

Strong requirements management skills: gathering, documenting, and drafting user stories/development tasks with clear acceptance criteria

Advanced proficiency with Jira (dashboards, boards, reporting, administration) and Confluence for technical documentation

Excellent English communication skills (Advanced/C1)

Proactive, autonomous, and assertive leader who manages gracefully under pressure, leads by example, and approaches problem-solving constructively

Nice-to-have Skills:

Technical background (Engineering, QA, Architecture, or Systems) and experience across the web application SDLC
