Belgrano Day School is seeking an English Department Coordinator to lead the academic and pedagogical development of the English Department across Middle & Senior School . We are looking for a professional with a strategic vision for English language education who can combine academic excellence and pedagogical innovation with the transformative opportunities offered by technology. Requirements Recognised teaching qualification in English (essential). Proven experience in pedagogical leadership and academic coordination at the secondary level. Strong background and expertise in international examination frameworks ( Cambridge & IB ). Demonstrated experience in curriculum design, assessment, and teacher mentoring. Innovative mindset with strong adaptability to modern face-to-face and virtual learning environments. Active interest in exploring the educational impact of emerging technologies and AI in the classroom.
