Email Marketing & Automation Specialist Advanced/fluent English | 100% Remote | Contractor MADE Hoops is the grassroots leader in cutting-edge youth basketball events and experiences. Each year, the company hosts 100+ boys' and girls' basketball events across the country, featuring elite competition, high-level coaching, and professionally run events, and has reached hundreds of thousands of participants. Beyond the court, MADE Hoops also designs and sells performance-driven apparel built for the elite basketball player. The Challenge We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in Email Marketing and Automation who can work autonomously and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment with multiple campaigns running at once. This role has a strong focus on execution. You will primarily be responsible for: Building, configuring, testing, and scheduling email marketing campaigns. Developing and optimizing automations, flows, and customer journeys. Managing segmentation and lists. Reviewing and troubleshooting errors in campaigns, flows, and forms. Tracking performance metrics and preparing basic reports. Integrating email marketing with other tools and channels, including SMS. Contributing to the evolution of the company's Marketing Automation strategy. This is a hands-on position with plenty of room to contribute ideas and drive improvements. What We're Looking For Advanced/fluent English, both spoken and written (required). 2+ years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing and Automation. Experience building and managing campaigns, flows, automations, and customer journeys. Klaviyo: hands-on experience is highly valued. Knowledge of segmentation, list management, deliverability, and database best practices. Sound judgment to spot issues, propose improvements, and see execution through.
