Academic Assitant Part-time

About Top English We are a young team of dedicated teachers with the mission to help our students achieve their goals, for which they need the language. We offer courses to all levels and ages, and also prepare some of our students to take international exams. Role As an academic assistant at Top English, you will help with the institute's operations. These may include helping students with their registration process, communicating with students and parents, assisting teachers with everyday office tasks, and improving course planning. We are looking for an adaptive person who can work fast, has initiative, and is eager to stand out and help others. Qualifications Fluency in English Assertive written and verbal communication Minimal knowledge of project management and data organization Ability to work well in a team environment A general understanding of language education is a plus Experience with creating educational content is a plus Any experience related to planning, or marketing is a plus Position It is an on-site part-time job during the late afternoons and evenings. It is a position under a professional services contract that includes a monthly salary, a yearly paid vacation, and in-company training.
